Tomasz Kuszczak is fed up with warming the bench for the Barclays Premier League Champions, Manchester United. Unsurprisingly enough the Polish international has revealed that he has agreed to be loaned out for next season.
“This has got out of hand.” says the unhappy Kuszczak who is currently only the third placed goal keeper at Old Trafford. “I think it is high time for me to be looking into the option of being loaned out. I know for a fact that I would not be happy knowing I will be lucky to only play a few matches next season.” admits the former West Bromwich Albion custodian who exchanged first team play for the bench at United.
Kuszczak is currently the wanted target of a few clubs in the English Premiership, while abroad Zenit St. Petersburg from Russia and Beşiktaş JK in Turkey are linked with the Pole. “I am a player of the best club in the whole world and that alone makes me very happy. I do not want to lose that. However, for now I will look over my options.” concludes the 27-year-old.
Lack of games
A few months ago Kuszczak hit out at the idea of a loan, but now it seems the lack of game time has gotten to him. Despite winning the Premiership 2008/2009 title with Manchester United, Kuszczak was one of the few players on the squad who did not receive a medal due to his limited games played.
