Lech loan out two players to Gorzów

POZNAN, Poland. Jan 05 — Two players of KKS Lech Poznan, Mateusz Machaj and Łukasz Białożyt have been loaned out to GKP Gorzow Wielkopolski and will be appearing in the Unibet I Liga this year.

The two have been loaned due to not receiving enough playing time with the Lech first team this past fall round in the Polish Ekstraklasa.

“Both players have agreed to the terms of this loan, and have the option of returning to Poznan in June. Matuesz and Lukasz both need at this time regular game time and will have a better chance in the Unibet I Liga,” says Lech team manager, Lukasz Mowlik.

“I believe this move will benefit both parties involved.”

Machaj recently spent loan spells at Polonia Slubice and Tur Turek, while Lukasz Bialozyt lost most of the fall round due to health problems after coming back from a serious injury, which he contracted during the summer training camp in Bad Reichenhall, Germany.
