ZABZRE, Poland. Jan 11 — 33 players participated in Gornik Zabrze’s first training session after the winter break this past Monday. Among the group is 22-year-old goalkeeper Przemyslaw Kazimierczak – informs the official club website.
New faces include Piotr Madejski, Lukasz Kmiec, and newly joined goalkeeper Przemyslaw Kazimierczak. Kazimierczak is a pupil of LKS Lodz, but last year spent his time in England, playing for a several number of clubs: Bolton Wanderers FC, Darlington FC and recently Oldham Athletic FC.
“Przemek will be practicing with us for the next two weeks,” says new Gornik coach Adam Nawalka.
“He is a very talented lad and has come here to regain fitness. Whether he decides to stay here will soon be determined.”
In the past few days a few juniors were also included in the first team training: Bartosz Szuba, Rafal Otwinowski, Damian Wasil and Josh Gross. However, a few senior players missed the training session: Marius Kižys, Tadas Papečkys, Michal Karwasz, Damian Gorawski and Michal Vaclavik.
