GDANSK, Poland. Jan 28 — Lechia Gdansk goalkeeper Mateusz Bąk has been officially loaned out to Portuguese league outfit CS Maritimo Funchal.
At least for the next six months Bak will play under the Maritimo colors after agreeing to try his hand in abroad football.
The Pole is now on his way to Madeira, and it all depends only on him for how much time he will spend on the Portuguese island.
If the Sagres Liga club will be pleased with the goalkeeping of Bąk they may already decide in June, whether he may stay there longer, or a decide on a definitive transfer. T
his decision may need to be agreed on with Lechia, as it is said on the agreement between the Polish and Portuguese club.
In the last transfer window the 26-year-old was linked with a move to Polish champions Wisla Krakow.
