PLOCK, Poland. Jan 29 — Marcin Nowacki has made a switch from the Polish Ekstraklasa to the Unibet I Liga.
Ruch Chorzow on Friday dissolved the contract of the 29-year-old. After spending two years in Chorzow the player has moved to Wisla Plock.
“I’m a free agent since today, and have decided to sign a contract with the team from Plock.” says Nowacki.
“They have offered me a good proposal. I liked what I seen so I decided to join them,”
“As an ambitious person, I want to play, and not sit on the bench,” said the player who had played in the colors of Ruch in 38 league games, and scoring two goals.
Earlier, the experienced Polish Ekstraklasa midfielder plied his trade with Odra Wodzislaw.
Nowacki has also represented Poland on the international stage, having received one cap against the Faroe Islands (6-0) in 2004.
