AEL Limassol finalize Rasiak move

LIMASSOL, Cyprus. Aug 23 (PS) — Grzegorz Rasiak has officially moved from Reading FC to AEL Limassol.

The former Polish international has joined the Cypriot league on a free transfer.

The 31-year-old striker had no chance to play regularly in the colors of the Royals and thus his contract was terminated by agreement of both parties so he can move to Cyprus.

Rasiak has signed with his new Cypriot employer a two-year contract.

In the colors of Reading Rasiak played in 36 matches, where he scored ten goals, including recently scoring in the Carling Cup match with Torquay United.

Previously, the graduate of Olympia Poznan in England also played in the colors of Southampton FC, Watford FC, Bolton Wanderers FC, Tottenham Hotspurs, and Derby County FC.
