WARSAW, Poland. July 15 (PSN) – It is now known who Wisła Kraków will face, when they eliminate Skonto Riga.
The UEFA draw today also revealed the opponents for the Polish clubs playing in the UEFA Europa League.
In the third round of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League the Poles have a chance to face with either the champion of Bulgaria Litex Lovech or the team from Montenegro – Budva Mogren. Robert Maaskant’s side was drawn as a a seeded team.
To play in the third round, Wisła must achieve a favorable outcome in the second leg. In the first match in Riga Wisła won 1-0. Meanwhile, Litex won 2-1 and is the favorite to advance.
Wisła played against Litex in a scrimmage in pre-season already, where the White Star won that 2-1.
The first match will be held on July 26/27, with the second match played on August 2/3. Wisła will play away first, and later at home.

For the UEFA Europa League, Legia Warsaw FC was seeded before the draw of the third qualifying round. But fate proved to be relatively generous: where the Legionista’s will clash with winner of the tie: FK Minsk (Belarus) / Gaziantepspor (Turkey).
Meanwhile, Śląsk Wrocław still await the second match with Dundee United. In Wrocław, it was a 1-0 win for the Poles. If they manage to qualify to the next round, Śląsk will play the winner of the tie: Metalurg Skopje (Macedonia) / Lokomotiv Sofia (Bulgaria).
The first matches the for the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League will be held July 28, with the return match on August 4.
