Cupiał’s New Year’s resolution: restore Wisła Kraków

Cupiał’s New Year’s resolution: restore Wisła Kraków

KRAKOW, Poland. Jan 12 (PSN) – It sounds almost unbelievable, but according to information that is flowing from more and more people connected with Wisła Kraków it seems to be true.

Boguslaw Cupiał Owner Boguslaw Cupiał will want to pump a large amount of his money into the club to once again fight for the highest goals.

Former players of the White Star are reportedly also aiding him with the club restoration.

The reason for all this? Cupiał can not bear to see his team on the 12th place in the T-Mobile Ekstraklasa table and has decided to take action to change it. This will not happen immediately, however. The next six months is to be used to take orders.

How much would he have to inject into Wisła, so that it will once again be put back on its feet? A few dozen million zlotys. The first 10 million of cash will disappear almost immediately, because that’s the missing amount in the budget to grab a club liquidity. The money will be used to cover the debt and payment of amounts owed to players.

It was not until more money can be invested to build a new team. It is easy to calculate that if Cupiał wants his team returned to the league leaders, he must transfer to the account of Wisła at least 20-30 million. After all, he indeed knows best how much fun football business really is.

Who will aid him in this restoration of power to Wisła? People who were once the strength of his team.

The club already employed Maciej Zurawski and Marcin Kuźba as scouts to search for new talent to help improve the team. Arkadiusz Glowacki is still in the first team squad, along with the newly signed Kamil Kosowski, both who will join Wisła as scouts after their retirement. And if in June reports claim that Franciszek Smuda will take over as the head coach, with Tomasz Frankowski and Miroslaw Szymkowiak featuring in his coaching staff.
