WARSAW, Poland. March 28 (PSN) –Polsat will become the 1 Liga’s official brand new television broadcaster.
The television company has signed a 3-year contract with the Polish Football Association (PZPN) for the broadcasting rights of the 1 Liga.
“This agreement will be effective from the new season,” announced Zbigniew Boniek, president of the Polish Football Association.
“We believe that Polsat will provide professional video transmission for these league matches,”
Polsat viewers will be able to watch at least two live games in each round of the 1 Liga in both standard and high-definition.
In addition, it will also broadcast a one hour special magazine show, which will present all the goals from the latest series of games.
News of the brand new deal was confirmed by Polsat personality Mateusz Borek on Twitter.

Currently the 1 Liga is transmitted by Orange Sport.
