BOURNEMOUTH, England. May 26 (PSN) – Artur Boruc has reached an agreement with AFC Bournemouth and will defend the colours of the newly promoted team in the Barclays Premier League next season.
The Polish international signed a one-year deal with the club on a free transfer following his release by Southampton FC, the club said in a statement on Tuesday.
Boruc was previously loaned to Bournemouth at the beginning of last season.
Largely thanks to the Pole’s excellent performances in net allowed the Cherries to manage and win the historical promotion to the top division in England.
Helping greatly in the quest for the league promotion, Boruc will appear in Bournemouth’s campaign in the Premier League next season.
