NAPLES, Italy. August 4 (PSN) – Piotr Zielinski is officially a new player for Italian side SSC Napoli.

The Polish midfielder comes to the Naples club from Udinese Calcio, having just signed a five-year contract on Thursday.

For the past two seasons the 22-year-old spent his club football at Empoli FC, where he was on loan from Udinese Calcio.

He played 63 matches and scored 5 goals there.

Napoli is the runner-up in Italy from last season and will play in the UEFA Champions League group stage.

Arkadiusz Milik most recently also signed with the club.

They join compatriot Igor Lasicki, who after his debut in Serie A in May 2014, spent two years on loan in lower league Italian clubs. Currently, the 21-year-old youth Poland international is training with the Napoli first team.

Zielinski will wear the number 20 at Napoli.
