NIECIECZA, Poland. June 14 (PSN) –Mariusz Rumak will be the new man in charge at Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza.
The former Lech Poznan and Slask Wroclaw coach will take over duties from previous coach Czeslaw Michniewicz.
“I want to go forward with this club. I do not want to talk about possible personnel changes for now. I am impressed with the training base, where we will work together with the team,” said Mariusz Rumak, the new coach of the Elephants told Ekstraklasa media.
Rumak had a difficult time previously at Slask, staying in Wroclaw for only a year and now the expectations on him in Nieciecza will also be high.
Termalica had achieved a historical result last season after advancing to the championship group in the LOTTO Ekstraklasa post-season playoffs. However, despite this, coach Czeslaw Michniewicz still lost his job.
Now the expectation will be on Rumak to try and top that very result.
