FREIBURG, Germany. July 14 (PSN) – Bartosz Kapustka has been loaned out for a year from Leicester City FC to the German club – SC Freiburg.

The 20-year-old midfielder last season failed to make his debut in the English Premier League and has now taken a chance abroad in order to gain playing time.

At his new club, Kaputska will be play with the number 32.

SC Freiburg took seventh place in the Bundesliga last season. They will start their UEFA Europa League campaign later on in the third round of qualifiers.

In UEFA Europa League qualifying, Freiburg will play the winner between NK Domžale – Valur.

On Freiburg, Kapustka won’t be the only Pole on the team roster. Goalkeeper Rafal Gikiewicz has played on the club since last year after transferring from Eintracht Braunschweig. In the past, other Polish players such as Joachim Klemenz and Marek Majka also made appearances for the club.
