From Juventus to Legia: Pasquato Joins the Legion

WARSAW, Poland. July 20 (PSN) – Cristian Pasquato has become a latest player signed by Legia Warsaw this summer.

The Juventus FC midfielder signed a two-year contract with an option to renewal for one year.

Pasquato, who came to Warsaw directly from the Italian championship side, in his career played in the Serie A, Serie B, and Russian Premier League.

In Serie A he played a total of 27 matches. Last season he spent in FC Krylia Sovetov Samara, from where he was on loan from Juventus. In 26 games there he scored 5 goals and recorded 8 assists.

The 28-year-old can play as either a deep lying forward or attacking midfielder. He is expected to replace the hole in midfield left by the departure of Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe who left on transfer to Olympiacos last week.
