KRAKOW, Poland. July 27 (PSN) – Leicester City FC are chasing the signature of Cracovia Krakow’s Bartosz Kapustka.
The Polish wonderkid is a serious summer target for Leicester who are keen on obtaining before the 2016/2017 Premier League season.
According to the “Daily Mail”, both Leicester City and Cracovia have agreed on a revised fee of 7.4 million pounds for the 19-year-old.
This news reveals that the Premiership champions submitted a 6.25 million pound bid last week for Kapustka but were initially rejected by the Ekstraklasa club.
Now both sides are slowly closing in on an agreement.
Once Cracovia do agree to a final price, Leicester City will only need to agree personal terms with the Polish international winger.
Meanwhile, Everton FC, Southampton FC, Borussia Dortmund and Ajax Amsterdam are also reportedly closely monitoring the situation.
Kapustka was a young revelation for Cracovia Krakow last season in the Ekstraklasa, scoring 4 goals in 33 games and taking a key player role on the team. He later produced a standout performance against Northern Ireland in the UEFA EURO 2016 which attracted major interest in him from foreign clubs.
